Since 2017, the Off Road Vehicle (ORV) Trail Fund, supported by Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) registration fees, has invested in safe, sustainable off-road trail projects across B.C. The fund builds stronger trail networks, supports community partnerships, and enhances outdoor recreation for residents and visitors.
Resource Road Safety Information
Resource roads are found on Crown land but are not part of the provincial highway system. They are frequently used by industrial vehicles involved in forestry, mining, oil and gas, clean energy, or agriculture operations. They also provide access to communities and high-value recreation in remote areas.

The national voice of Canada’s All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle (ROV) community. We are a rider federation dedicated to improving the sport of all-terrain vehicle/Quad Riding across Canada. Uniting Riders while promoting safe and responsible riding.
MOTO CANADA is a not-for-profit entity registered federally in Canada under the federal Not for Profit Act, with one class of Members. The member organizations are not registered charities and are free to conduct the same business activities as business corporations. The proceeds from their activities are reinvested in the organization.
Moto Canada and the Canadian Quad Council have released the National Powersport Trails Report 2025, the first in-depth look at Canada’s 142,000+ km off-road trail network. Covering ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, and adventure bikes, the report explores the network’s $10.3 billion economic impact and its 663,300 registered users.

Since 1976, we have been advocating for outdoor enthusiasts, safeguarding vital natural spaces for recreation, and ensuring that everyone can enjoy BC's great outdoors.
Guidance Toolkit for Engagement with Indigenous Communities
This toolkit is part of an ongoing effort to provide guidance and resources to the outdoor recreation sector on working cooperatively with Indigenous governments and communities on outdoor recreation projects. Also, a big thanks to the ORCBC's Reconciliation Committee, which provided input and content to the guide, including Rod Clapton, Norman Marcy, Kim Reeves, Wayne Mercer, David Oliver, Dave Wharton, Ciel Sander, Byron Spinks, Rocky Nenka, Peter Sprague, and Katherine Perez.

The goal of this website is to promote all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), to serve as a forum and support network for ATV and SxS owners throughout British Columbia, to encourage responsible riding, and to assist and educate new riders.
Our passion is ATV and SxS riding, and we spend much of our time riding, working on, and thinking about our machines. Our members come from all walks of life, and range in age from about 5 years old to well past retirement. We ride utility quads, sport quads, and side-by-sides.
Located on the traditional territory of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation, Tourism Prince George exists to attract visitors, increase their length of stay, encourage them to share their experiences, and ultimately enhance the economic benefits to Prince George and the surrounding region.
