About our Club
Our club was founded in Prince George and incorporated under the Society Act in 2002.
It was formed by a local group of people who not only saw a need for a local club but also to provide support for our provincial body. Our club serves ATV riders in Prince George and the surrounding area. Since its incorporation, our club has educated riders on the sport and recreation of safe ATV use. We continue to work with local businesses and other groups with similar interests to develop better trail systems.
Our Club has grown to over 480 members since it was incorporated!
We host the Prince George to Wells Ride every year, the Fall Poker Ride, BC Trails Day Event, ATV/UTV Training Courses, and Youth Rider Course. We organize many local rides for our club members and the general public. We have in the past, organized out-of-town camping and riding events. If there is sufficient interest, guided rides to other areas can be organized.
The Prince George ATV Club meets every third Tuesday of each month, 7:00 pm at the Bon Voyage Restaurant. 4366 Hwy 16 West, Prince George, B.C.
Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings (members and non-members).
You can join our club online via the ATVBC website. As well as enjoying the outdoors with others that share your passion for ATVs, when you join the Prince George ATV Club, you receive discounts on insurance and CSC ATV & UTV rider training courses.

Tabor Mountain Recreation Society
The TMRS is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the maintenance and growth of the Tabor Mountain area as a recreational facility. They bring organizations together to optimize the potential of the Tabor Mountain Recreation Area to the benefit of the community.
Their membership draws from: Recreational organizations, Community members, governments, including municipal, provincial and First Nations, and corporate stakeholders.
The Society focuses on making the Tabor Mountain Recreation Area your destination location for outdoor recreation.
In 2011, after three years of community awareness campaign and tremendous cooperation between the Government and TMRS, the legal recognition of the largest trail system in B.C. (407 Km trails and 27 new recreation sites) was sealed under a Ministerial Order designation signed by the Assistant Deputy Minister Gary Townsend. Following this significant accomplishment, Recreation Sites and Trails B.C. entered into a Partnership Agreement with TMRS and recognizes that Society is the primary volunteering organization that will assist the government in maintaining public trails.
